Providing the sport of Rugby to Nashville youth who have not traditionally had access — and building whole people, not just players.
Integrity · Passion · Solidarity · Discipline · Respect
Our intention from the beginning is to provide the sport of Rugby to those that have not traditionally had access and supplement the game with a full year program focused on developing the whole person.
We compete as part of the TN Rugby Association in the Middle TN Conference, giving our players access to organized competition and the broader rugby community.
Now registering for Spring 2027 Rugby 7s. Complete the form below and our coaching staff will follow up with next steps.
ICRON runs on passion and community. Whether you love the game or just love kids, there's a place for you on our team.
Help run practices, teach skills, and mentor players. Rugby experience preferred but not required — passion for youth development is what matters most.
Coordinate logistics, communicate with families, manage equipment, and help keep everything running smoothly on game day.
Capture the action on the field and help tell our story on social media, our website, and in grant applications.
Help us reach more youth in Nashville. Connect with schools, community centers, and families to grow the program.
Help write grant applications, plan fundraising events, or bring your professional network to support our mission.
Drive, set up, cheer, and be present. Game days need all hands on deck — any level of commitment helps.
Every dollar goes directly toward equipment, registration fees, travel, and programming for Nashville youth who wouldn't otherwise have access to this sport. Choose the payment method that works for you.
